Dr. Theodosis has been our family dentist for over 20 years. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and curtious. He explains the problems and provides the options. The staff members in his office are equally professional that you feel like you are the most importent person. I cannot imagine one can find a better dentist than Dr. Theodosis. I strongly recommend him with no hesitation..
Beware of the front office help, Donna is a nightmare! She is extremely rude and should not be in customer service for any reason. You make an appointment and have a card for a certain time and date, then they try and tell you your appointment is a week later. They take no responsibility for their errors. The appointment before we also had issues, I came at the time I was told on the reminder call and the doors were locked, I called and they said I was late which was not true. Staff unorganized!.
