Dr. Shieh is amazing! Not only did he answer my request within minutes but reached out on the weekend. I’ve been contemplating lip fillers for months and was afraid it would be painful and unnatural looking so I never followed through. Let me tell you, it was a walk in the park! A couple pinches were uncomfortable but not painful at all. No pain following the service either. He has checked in with me a couples times each day to see how I’m feeling/healing. Dr. Shieh’s techniques are 100% and I would recommend his office in an instant!.

Dr. Shieh was able to provide me with new confidence JUST in our first consultation appointment! His personable and comforting personality makes you feel at home in his office and allows you to KNOW you are making the right decision. For years I could see every small defect in my teeth and have had several issues with root canals, teeth “dying,” and costly implants. Dr. Shieh and his sweet staff were able to give me back my confidence. I am wearing my “trial smile” and will not and cannot stop smiling!!!! Thank you!!!!!.

Dr. Shieh and the whole smile team were just impeccable! The whole visit from start to finish was absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment that you leave it’s a great time. This establishment is so comfortable that you forget you're in a dentist's office. The decor is completely luxurious like you cant even imagine! Dr. Shieh and the staff as a whole are out of this world and so extremely personable. The entire experience was all around incredible! Not only did I have the best teeth cleaning experience, but I brought my girlfriend Rachel to Dr. Shieh for her lip injections. The results were instant and absolutely beautiful! Not only does Dr. Shieh take the time to get to know all of his patients, but he doesn't rush any part of the process. He also has the best complimentary beverage selection I've ever seen in a doctors office completely matching the high-end luxury decor. The beverages include sanpellegrino sparkling water, bottled water, sanpellegrino sparkling fruit beverages, Starbucks cold coffee beverages, a verity of nespresso brand selection in custom PGH Smile Boutique mugs, plus glasses of Moet champagne which completely changes the game! I had my first appointment at PGH Smile Boutique and I was so impressed. I walked into the beautiful office and was greeted by the amazing staff. I wasn't sure what they were going to do with my broken tooth so I was pretty nervous. Dr. Shieh knew exactly how to fix it when another dentist I went to did not. I walked out of the office being pain free and super excited they were able to save my tooth! I will definitely be back!.
