One of the rudest human beings on the face of the earth. The doctor himself answered the phone. Yells at people on the phone while chewing in your ear, was EXTREMELY rude, not helpful and just downright mean, not to mention HUNG UP ON ME! Not a way to get patients, referrals or other offices to refer to you. Good luck keeping a customer service business going with this type of attitude. Yuk!.
