Very poor service and high charges..
Visiting Iowa from Arizona and had tooth pain and swelling. Dr. Hanneman's staff scheduled a same day appointment and provided cost information on phone. All staff members made me feel comfortable and answered all questions. Until today I didn't realize there was such thing as a positive dental experience. Needed emergency service and the staff did everything possible to get me in. Once there the dentist preformed magic and brought back my smile! Couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend their services enthusiastically!.
My husband needed an emergency root canal and they were able to get an initial screening plus the actual procedure in 2 days! The staff was very accommodating and exceptionally helpful. This will definitely be our family dentist from now on!.
The dentist was a very friendly man. And very nice. But his assistant was very rude, and very unprofessional. The dentist wasn't knowledgeable, I wouldn't go there. I went there, and I spent money for nothing. He didn't even know what was wrong with my gum. Please DO NOT go there. But he is very friendly. But his assistant, was very very very rude, and very unprofessional. They don't care about your health, all they care about is taking your money, they made that very clear to me. If you don't have insurance, they look at you like you are DIRT. Shame on them. CRAP SERVICE. Don't waste your money going there..
