My family member was late by 5 minutes for a dental cleaning, and Dr. Evazyan only cleaned her teeth for 5 minutes and then told her because she was late, she will have to come back another time to complete the cleaning. It is unfortunate my family member was late as she is usually a punctual individual, but was running behind due to another doctor's appointment at Venice Family Clinic. It was difficult for her to schedule this appointment in the first place, and had to be rescheduled twice due to this dentist previously canceling due to emergency reasons, which is understandable. In the future, it would be appreciated if this dentist gave her patients a warning rather than clean them for 5 minutes and then turn them away. It would be more professional if she informed my family member that because she was 5 minutes late, she would not be able to see her, rather than still have the dental hygienist take her blood pressure, get her situated, only for the dentist to clean for 5 minutes..

Dr. Jergensen was extremely nice and comforting. When I went in to get my cavity filled, he explained the whole process to me and when putting in the shot to numb my gums, I didn't feel anything. Which was amazing since I hate needles. I definetly recommend him..
