What little work I've had done by Dr Crupi seems fine. What little respect or compassion the staff had toward me on my last phone call and throughout my time there is amazing! The incompetence of the staff is mind-boggling! If you don't call them, they wont call you back!!! FOR REAL. I am a disabled vet getting work done through the VA. Two weeks prior to Thanksgiving I had my 4 upper front teeth molded for the replacements. They told me 3 weeks , possibly 2 if lucky and they'd call me to have them set. Well, 3 weeks later I had to call them and they told me they did recieve them and couldn't fit me in and now wanted me to go through Thanksgiving without my 4 front teeth. I begged and pleaded but they didn't care(20 minute appointment!!!!!). Anyway, they said Dec 9th at 9:30am. OK Yesterday I called THEM to verify my 9:30am appt and they told me they changed it to 11:20am. Fine, but can you tell me about the change?? So an hour before my appt today I get a call from the secretary there telling me my appt is cancelled and to reschedule for next week. I was like, no way, I had plans I put off for 2 weeks to be here and they are just waisting my time as if it didn't matter. Anyway, I have a recording of my phone call, whereas the person on the phone said ALL VA appts are suspended because the VA owes THIS OFFICE well over 1 million dollars (I have tape of conversation for a possible law suit), and until we get paid something VETS ARE FROZEN. I thought Dr Crupi was a veteran himself by photos in the office? IDK?? Weird if he was! My patience is now expended and although I hate to write a bad review about ANYONE, this is just too unreal to fathom. My teeth are being held hostage at their office for over 3 weeks now, 3 weeks of my life were altered to accomodate the appointment and now its just "too bad"? I don't think so. I contacted VA and am putting in a complaint just as I told the receptionist I would do and she said, "go ahead"! WOW I hope the VA stops ALL PAYMENTS TO DR CRUPI's offices until this matter is investigated and they are held accountable. I will be checking into breach of contract obligations with the VA also. I'm disabled BECAUSE OF STRESS, PTSD, DEPRESSION!!!! I haven't been out in a long time because of me missing teeth. No teporarys or nothing for vets I guess?? Really , this is how they treat VETERANS???? I hope civilians with CASH get treated better with scheduling and appointments . I left this matter with th VA and will follow up until its conclusion. They didn't even reschedule me!!! If VA doesn't pay their office by Monday or Tuesday, I guess they'll make me wait another few weeks. My teeth are in their office. I thought today was finally CHRISTMAS, and told, oh, maybe next week! The quality of work , which seems decent so far, does not overcome the incompetence of the office as a whole. I hate writing this since it may hurt someones career, but at this point, it should. Thank You Rudy Strasswimmer (This post was only the tip of the iceberg with my nightmares at Venice dental) Hire some new people and don't use us VETERANS AS PAWNS anymore..

He is very friendly and I don't feel any stress when I go there and always good results and friendly..
I would recommend Dr. Riesz to all my friends, I was very nervous for a procedure, he was professional, made me feel at ease and I didn't have any pain at all..
Diagnosed problem, did not try to 'sell' a huge list of treatments.
I had an emergency repair issue and was seen the same day. Dental assistant was wonderful. Would highly recommend this practice..
