Poor patient care. I had an abscess that needed to be addressed. Since it was the holiday weekend I went to Urgent care. I was prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen. Called the office on Monday to get an appt for Friday. By Wednesday I still didn't feel better, and I saw my pcp to get another rx of antibiotics. When I was able see the dentist, Dr William Lippert, he was very quick with me. He never sat down to examine my mouth. He took an xray and stated he saw an infection. I told him I had an appt later in the month to see a periodontist. He said, "well, I do not want to do anything until you see that doctor". I was frustrated that he did not even sit down to assess my mouth, oobviously I had an infection. He went off a single xray. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. I asked both him and the hygienist if he could look at my tooth. They both told me I would have to make a seperate appointment to be reevaulated. I guess the dentist thinks its okay to have an abscess.
Dr. Volck is the kindest, most caring dentist you will ever meet. He is gentle and patient and truly puts your mind at ease. He gave my husband a very clear treatment plan, itemizing every single detail with pricing! It was so easy to understand! The front office staff even submitted the claims to insurance for us. Even though they are out of network with insurance, they go above and beyond for their patients- we will never go anywhere else! The unparalleled quality is absolutely worth the extra few dollars that insurance won't cover. Dr. Busdiecker is wonderful with our children and very proficient! Our boys just loved him. The staff are all so very sweet! I know that everyone in that office truly cares about us, my family, and our wellness. I can not recommend this office enough. 10/10 recommend.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Volck and Dr. Busdecker. Hunter and Korena helped with all of my insurance and billing, which was so helpful. The assistant who helped me in the back was Miranda and she was very sweet and knowledgeable, but all the back staff seemed great and worked together well. Thank you so much team!.

My experiences with Dr. Pradeep Bekal have been nothing but good. I’ve had lots of time over my life time in a dentist’s chair. Dr. Bekal’s skill is to be admired! He’s very competent in his treatment. Very well educated and very kind..
After my first appointment, I filed a two-page complaint with both the Ohio State Dental Board and the Ohio Dental Association. Needless to say, I did not have a positive experience. The staff were helpful and kind. But, I strongly do not recommend this dentist..
