Procedure: root canal Length of time: about 1 hr. Sounds lengthy but it went by faster than expected. My anxiety was high regarding this apt. However, the visit went very well. It was virtually painless. On a scale from 1-10, I’d say my pain level was a 1 during the procedure, if even that. The anesthetic shots were also the least pain-inducing that I’ve ever experienced. The biggest discomfort for me was holding my mouth open for that long. I’m 24 hrs post procedure and I have zero pain and discomfort aside from light soreness at injection site. I’m a high maintenance patient and I recommend!.
I have had several root canals in the past but never have I experienced no pain at all either at the time or 24 hours post surgery. He and his staff are incredible - and also funny! What a fabulous experience! ??.
Five star rating for Dr. Thurman's caring and special skills in treating my infection associated with a root canal. Most everyone associates root canal with pain, however, his treatment and even the after effects was virtually pain free! I am so happy and impressed with the results! His office is so comfortable, beginning from the waiting area. Thank you Dr. Thurman!.
I had a great visit today, Dr. Herod and his team ALWAYS provide superb service. They are all professional, friendly and compassionate. They are the best dental team I have ever encountered. It's actually a pleasure to go to the dentist! I would recommend Dr. Herod and his staff. They make you feel important and do a fantastic job!.

I decided to choose Dr. Herrod's office because its literally right down the street from my work. I knew I was over due for a cleaning and decided to call in and get an appointment. They got me in right away! I needed a crown and a filling came in two weeks later it was painless and didn't take as long as I thought it would! I also went back the next day because my bite was off. They fit me in no problem and Dr. Herrod himself called me to make sure I was doing okay! Highly recommend them. I will definitely be staying with their practice..
