Excellent dentist! I have been a patient for three years & she has changed my attitude toward dentistry! She is very compassionate, empathetic, gentle & has a great sense of humor! She will definitely put you at ease the minute she walks in the room. She also has a great eye for cosmetic dentistry. The staff in her office are first rate too! If your dissatisfied with your dentist or are afraid to go to the dentist, give Dr Whenry's office a call, you will not regret it!.
My children have seen dentist Ryan Roberts over the past year. He is very well trained, but not exactly focused on dental care for your children, but profits. I just received a call because after sn appointnent yesterday where I was told dental work for my youngest child would cost $600 by Ryan Robets, his dental staff the increased this estimate by nearly $200. When I questioned this amount the staff laughed at me with total disregard for a family with a budget. I said that I needed as second opinion. I was not disrespectful to his staff in any way. I just said that I'd like toget a second opion..
Dr. Burchard is extremelly skilled in Periodontal surgery. His chair-side manner is warm and professional. He is able to see the "big picture"....
Address listed is incorrect. Facilities are very nice. Dr. Burchard knows what he is doing. I think his charges are rather high, but he gets good....
Well I called the office and set up an appt.. I asked them did they take my insurance which they assured me that they did. Six month later after a root canal and crown the manager sends me a letter that say they don't take my insurance leaving me with several thousands due. So I tried to get some clarification, so I went to the office and she wouldn't see me and was told she would call later. I called back 3 hours later and was told she was busy and would call me back later. 4 days later I called back and was told they were really busy and I asked why were they avoiding me.. Finally an hour later the assistant called and said that my insurance didn't pay.. That's it. Still to this day I haven't received and explanation from the manager why they accepted my insurance before but not now... And why I wasn't notified before I got the work done on my teeth. If you have any other choice please go else where!.
