This dentist is terrible. He only cares about maximizing his pay. He only sees the patient as a paycheck. .
Dr Pattanashetti is only in it for the money. You don’t get your teeth cleaned at your first appt, they only take as many x-rays as your insurance will pay for. When you have your first cleaning, he demands that you need a special water pick treatment, that costs an additional $100 plus more. He will flat out refuse to do a regular cleaning, unless you prepay the extra water pick fee. Today I receive a call that I’m being charged a $50 missed appt fee. The problem is my appt is tomorrow. THIS PRACTICE IS A SCAM. READ THE REVIEWS, AND RUN FROM THIS DENTIST. I’d give zero stars if I could..
My new dentist ... very compassionate, communicative, explains things well and addresses any issues in a timely manner ... great job on my replacement crown with his assistant having similar characteristics..
DR. BRETT IS GREAT !! I CAME IN TODAY TO GET MY WORK DONE FOR MY ROOT CANAL AND GUESS WHAT I DID NOT FEEL A THING DR. BRETT AND HIS ASSISTANT IS LIKE MICHAEL JORDAN AND SCOTTIE PIPPEN LOL.. SEE YOU ON MY NEXT VISIT. THANKS.
It's 5 stars all the way. I'm pretty fussy about my medical & dental services and this practice was a find. Dr. Brett did a root canal on me and it took less than 1 hour. They do it at this office. Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentist, General and Cosmetic dentistry. Look no further! The front desk are awesome, very friendly and accommodating. I recommended my cousin as she was looking for an orthodontist. She had her braces put on by Dr. Ty in the office and she says he is fantastic..
My experience in this office was fantastic from beginning to end. I have 2 kids and they both need a pediatric dentist and orthodontist - this office has it all under 1 roof! The staff are kind, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Brett did a root canal on me and it was over in less than an hour! I originally found the office on superpages.com and followed the link to their website. They have a new patient coupon at the top of their web page and if you sign up you can get x-rays and a treatment plan for next to nothing. I guess they just want to get you in the door to show you how great the office is....well it worked!!! I have my kids scheduled with their orthodontist, Dr. Ty Saini, for a consultation for braces. My kids just had their teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Sabrina, who had them mesmerized with her cool toys and stuff. They keep asking when they can come back to see Miss Sabrina. Truly a noteworthy experience and my new dental home for life. 5 stars all the way..
