This, was our first visit. Dr. Holloway, is just awesome. She has great spirit, made you feel like you knew her for year... She will be the only Dentist we EVER see as long as we Live in Valdosta...
Terrible from the start. I called to set up a new patient appointment. I was transferred to someone else. The second person that answered said that she would take down my number and call me back to set an appointment. I waited a week! I called back a week later and set the appt. She asked for previous dentist information so they could obtain my records. The day before my appt, they called to remind me and to tell me that I would need to pick up my records myself. I asked if they had spoke with my old dentist and if the records would be ready when I went by. She said yes. I went to my old dentist office and they said that they had been closed all week and that Tift Regional Dental Group wouldn't have been able to talk to them already! I still went to my appointment. When I got there, I was taken back after a few minutes. When I told her what I was there for, she said that they don't even offer those services at this dentist office! I was told when I set the appointment that they DO offer the specific service that I needed! I DO NOT recommend this office! They are a mess and hungry for money only!.
Great Dentist Office Whitney is so sweet and she always makes me feel right at home. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my smile!.
