We have waited over an hour in the waiting room just to be seen. You have to wait 8 months just to get a check up. I had a filling done there 6 months ago and I still cannot eat on that side of my mouth. They are rude! They have no respect for your time and treat people like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to use their practice. We are the customers. They are very arrogant! Pay for your mansion with other people’s money, not mine because I won’t be back!.
I went to dr John Roshel for 5 1/2 years. I was 15 min late for an appointment previously and then I got a call from their office telling me that I had missed an appointment and since this was my second time doing this they can no longer see me. Okay so I only get two strikes in 5 1/2 years? Two he's not that great of a dentist. Thanks for the favor as I can now find a better and more caring dentist. After I got 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled the secretary was very rude also..
