I have experienced the best of Dental Care with Dr. Herron and the entire staff at her office. Timing is prompt and care through both fillings and crowns has been and continues to be excellent. In addition, communication and forms needed have been responded to quickly and efficiently. Their professional service and competence are great. I also share the "wonderful" work by Eileen and Sara administering the front office. Efficiency and Effectiveness are at work here. Quick appointments, honest evaluations, easy treatments. For people with hectic lives, Dr. Imhoff and his team are always within reach and they never disappoint. Our whole family goes there and we never ever had an issue with either treatment or insurance. Super clean office with air purifiers, never felt uncomfortable even during the pandemic. The best dentist we have ever been to! Do yourself a favor and go!.
Worst dental experience of my life. Four visits to have my molar tooth pulled and not one thing accomplished. My first visit I came in for a broken infected molar and was advised that I had to get a covid test to be seen because I had an ear and jaw ache due to the broken infected tooth, LIKE HELLO. After getting the covid test I came back to be then asked for proof and another covid test but eventually they let that slide. I took an X-ray withDr. Gibbs who I advised I was now pregnant. He prescribed penicillin and told me I could choose to save the tooth with a root canal or get it pulled. I told him I just want the tooth pulled as soon as possible but he kept trying to talk me into a root canal. I said no then he sent me to a specialist with referral which at the time I thought it was bc I had a complicated tooth removal. The first specialist said they didn’t accept my insurance so I cal from Gibbs and he sent me to a friend of his who tried to bill me 1500 for a root canal after I r.
If you ever want to go a dentist that cares about his patients, Dr. McFadden is the one to see. Along with being caring, he is a perfectionist. Both he and his staff treat you like family. They put you to ease during your visit while still being professional at what they do. i would definitely recommend Dr. McFadden to family and friends..
I wouldn't go anywhere else, he takes his time with u not a rushed visit. He's very gentile as well thanks again my teeth couldn't be happier!!!.
