Very bad!!!! Dr. Crispin does poor quality work. He did a temporary bridge for me that had two teeth snap off of the frame-Twice no less. Then he made a rude comment, What are you doing eating rocks?" As for the permanent bridge, he took forever to finally put it in. His excuse was that he was trying to get parts from Korea. Never once telling me what the problem was. Then he cried that he had to make the parts in his "stellar lab." He is rude &sometimes would talk to his dental assistant Marbely like I was not even there. They would say things like ,"Oh look at how that tooth looks yellow", Boy the lower front left teeth look funny with the white filling on them. The office never once worked with me on using my Delta Dental insurance for two crowns that they put in. Instead they wanted me to pay full price out of pocket. Sometimes they would even bring the credit card machine into the room. This made the office look like they were hurting for cash. Dr. Crispin is the worst!!!!.
Dr. Ourfalian is the best. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Always discusses in full what he feels is necessary to do inorder to keep your teeth and you healthy. I would recommend him very highly. His staff is friendly, they always have a smile making you feel like one of the family..
If you like Russian Roulette then Dr. Monica Mousanejad, DDS is the right dentist for you. She is a pleasant woman and I had been her patient for years. Unfortunately, the quality of care began to decrease to a dramatically poor level. She has her assistants do far too much work. A temporary crown was prepared by the assistant, which didn't fit correctly. The assistant grabbed the drill and tried to fix it... I went to a competent dentist who replaced the crown and now have no problems..
This DDS is an excellent Dentist. He is experienced in working with the disabled and this makes him even more the rare find. The number of dentists who are qualified in the Los Angeles area who are up to this challenge can probably be counted on one hand. The staff is friendly, efficient and understanding. The office is located not far from the 101 freeway making it convenient and not hard to find. This is a dentist you'll want to keep ..
You need to understand I am terrified of the dentist. So many bad experiences. But Dr. Lee is GREAT. He listened to me, he believed me, he didn't tell me it was all in my head. I've gone back because of those things. I still hate going, but Dr. Lee has made it so I can now take care of my teeth on a regular basis. The office staff is understanding too and always pleasant. Thank you....
IT SIMPLY DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER than Kenneth Lee, DDS at Total Sleep Dentistry in Tarzana, California. From their state of the art facilities to the unexpectedly high level of compassionate care, I was blown away and impressed beyond my expectations. I can drive race cars at 185mph with no fear, but I am one of the biggest scaredy-cats you'll meet when it comes to dental care. This has resulted in an oral health crisis described by many dentists as "critical". My oral health had gotten to the point of causing stomach infections, which made my life miserable for a number of years. My fear, like many others, manifests itself in physical discomfort and panic attacks making it almost impossible to sit through even a simple cleaning. The staff did everything to ease my discomfort and at no time, even with me in tears, made me feel like less of a man or a wimp in any way. They made me feel safe and cared for. Liz, the office coordinator, is the most compassionate woman I've ever met and was always available to explain things I didn't understand, put my mind at ease and just be there to hold my hand and tell me everything is going to be Ok. From the simplest task of having x-rays taken to the actual procedures, they had my comfort, best interest and health in mind. After a year of procedures I can honestly say my oral health is better than it's ever been. I can smile again with confidence. I can eat without pain, but most important - I can brush my teeth again and I enjoy it, actually looking forward to brushings. I love the crisp clean feeling in my mouth and the compliments I'm getting on my new smile are great for my ego. If you're even reading this review you're considering a consultation with Dr. Lee. Rest assured I was just as sceptical as you and in complete terror at the thought of doing this. Make no mistake, this is the best thing I have ever done for myself and am 100% satisfied. Dr. Lee does not run an "Implant Factory" offering implants and cosmetic services at rock bottom prices. Dr. Lee runs an office specializing in Compassionate Care for patients with special needs and the end results speak for themselves. I now look forward to having work done by Dr. Lee because I know it won't be the nightmare I've envisioned. As a side note, ZERO pain during my procedures, very minimal if nonexistent discomfort during recovery and follow up calls to check on how I'm feeling. Wow, totally unexpected!!! I will forever have a warm place in my heart for everyone at Dr. Lee's office, but Liz is my personal angel and I will never be able to thank her enough. You rock Liz!!!!!.
