I was in need of an emergency appt. due to severe pain. They gave me an appt. for 5 days later Sussex Dental feels that it is ok for a patient to wait 5 days to see anyone regardless of the severity of pain. I addressed these concerns with Dr. Lapinski. The receptionist lied saying she offered me an apt for the same day. Dr. Lapinski seems to think that nothing wrong occurred here. That is very alarming. Dr. Lapinski covered for his receptionist. I went and hot ice cream there yesterday and the first person couldnt find What i was looking for so the manager came out since i wanted a refund. He ca�±ete out found the ice cream i wanted and have me 4 scoops! Thats What i call customer service .
Before coming here I went one more pharmacy. After standing for 15 minutes they said, they don?t have everything that mentioned to my prescription. I got angry and swear, I would never back at this store. However, I then went to Rite aid pharmacy. Just after few minutes wait they took my prescription and filled it with all the medicine I need.
