Great office. Down to earth. Dr Hage told me exactly what I needed, showed me the problem on the screen . The hyieginist was excellent. I will give them 10 stars if I can..
He ruined my teeth. They were fine before my visit. Now, I'm unable to bite down without pain; I'm also unable to drink hot/cold beverages without pain. I went back several times to complain and he told me it's normal...that I could experience pain for years. It has been years and I'm still in terrible pain due to his incompetence..
my rating is based on the actual treatment of my teeth and not how the staff behaved.. for staff behavior I will give the lowest rating... the dentist does not have good bedside manners although she does a good job in the dental treatment.. but the dentist and her assistant (some blonde girl whose name i don't remember) have awful professional behavior.. i had to get my cavity filled and the blonde assistant was very rude and harsh while she was taking my x-rays.. after all the 'initial check-ups' which took about an hour (too long for screening!) the dentist doctor- lindsay finally came to see me and then she went ahead to say u can come back some other day to get your filling done.. i was soo infuriated and asked her why it can't be done right now (because i have never heard of people visiting multiple times just for cavity filling) .. to which she replied rudely "because there are other patients waiting"`.. that really pushed me to the edge and i demanded that I am a patient too who has been waiting an hour to be treated.. so she then finally agreed to do the filling.. during the procedure the blonde assistant kept knocking stuff on my gums (suction, filling heater etc) and did not have the courtesy to apologize!..i had to stop in between to specifically tell her to be careful with the devices.. and the doctor (although she was quick and efficient in the filling of cavity) did not pull mask over her mouth and was talking while chewing gum.and also kept humming some songs.! this wasn't my first dental treatment and have met my share of good and bad doctors.. but in this case im completely thrown off by the uncouth behavior and may not go back even though i did not have problem with the teeth after filling..i wish their mannerisms would be better to make patients comeback to them...
BUNCH OF CRROKS! I brought my four children into this joint and they told me that my kids had multiple cavities. They didn't want to clean their teeth unless we paid $125 even though insurance clearly would have paid for it. We decided to go to another dentist and they were going to charge me for my dental records. They were rude and inconsiderate. When we went to the next dentist, (OMNI DENTAL ON WILLIAM CANNON) they said that the so-called cavities were actually ''teeth stains'' and quickly and easily cleaned my kid's teeth. We were told by the dentist at OMNI DENTAL that my kids had really nice teeth and there were no cavities whatsoever. CASTLE DENTAL both LIED to me and my kids, and then tried to OVERCHARGE me for services done to my kids. I never was able to get my kid's dental records and wen i asked to speak to anyone in management there I was told there 'wasn't anyone around' who could help me. Don't bring your kids here, they were abrupt and rude when it came to the actual examination. Awful..
Keep in mind that most people who are happy with their dentist do not write reviews, mostly unhappy ones do. After making several visits with my family over the last year, I felt compelled to write this "GOOD" review.The best dental office and staff I have ever met. The facility is new and clean.Dr. Peterson is wonderful and thorough. Lauren (hygienist) is always nice and makes cleanings painless. Luda and Edna (assistants) are nice, funny, and always have a smile. The rest of the staff is always very nice, professional, and willing to accommodate.My family and I have not found a better office or staff prior to coming here. We now actually look forward to going to the dentist, instead of dreading it.If you are looking for a great group of people and a clean office with new equipment, then this is the place to go!.
