If you have a past do not go to her because you will be treated as such. She pulled 21 teeth and told me I could go back to work the next day. I'm 4 days out and my mouth hurts so so bad. I have sutures hanging out of my mouth that are suppose to dissolve. There is a bunch of reasons I would not go back to her. These are just a few as I sot up at 230 in the am from discomfort. Also I blamed the office for some of this. Called at 930 am on Monday morning after Thursday surgery about the way I was feeling. No phone call back until 530 that evening..
I've been to see Dr Brian Chase at Fairfax dentistry for extensive work in 2019-2020. To say i've had a bad result would be an understatement. I've been double charged on a credit card I did not want. The staff applied for me, and had me sign right after sedation. They had me sign a LOT of paperwork right after sedation. The insurance assures me I only owed $4,925, the staff maxed out a smile generation card at 10K! Since then I have complained many many times. I've only received two checks for less than 3k. I didn't even get a good result. Because of the negligence of Dr.Brian Chase and his staff, I now have broken teeth, 4 crowns FELL OUT less than 3 months after being installed, a bridge fell out. Worst of all, one of my upper front teeth (that brian Chase had crowned) completely broke off as I ate PASTA during shut-down. I have had a gap in the front of my mouth since-shut down. I can't even go to interviews like this. This has affected my whole life, and wrecked me financially..
best orthodontist in Suffolk VA!!! great service, great prices, amazing doctor!!.
Dr Browne is a great dentist and could not be happier to have found his practice. Great staff that make you feel and treat you like family..
The staff is great, and I thought Dr. brown was as well until the last appointment I had. When he checked my teeth after a cleaning, he asked me if I had decided what to do about work that needed to be done($6000+ worth of work possibly). I responded no. Well, the attitude that I got from him was such that I was dissed because I had;t made a decision yet. I guess it's back to Philly I go...don't need the attitude!!.
Dr. Brown takes pain management very seriously. Didn't feel the shots or the tooth extraction. Required no pain meds afterwards. Great experience..
