Staff is nice and very patient. I get very anxious about dentists and they have always made me feel calm. Cleanings are smooth and comfortable. Very pleased with Dr. Hyson and his staff so I'm having my entire family transfer to him..
The entire office sucks. Rude, and terrible bedside manner, no explanations of work being done and don't get me started on billing. Just overall very unprofessional and non patient friendly..
From two small cavities on 13 & 14 treated in 2018 by dr Hyson to two very painful root canals in 2019. After to simple filling I came back after a year with pain in both teeth. Dr Hyson send me for root canal on my 14 and treated again my nr. 13. After several visits with him I was still in pain and he was telling me it was all good. The last time I saw him, my gum was very inflamed and I was in excruciating pain. I didn't allow him to treated again bc of his previous mistreatment. He finally gave me a referral to specialist. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone or his new West Morris Office in Succasunna which is more concern about payments right after visits than taking care of a patient (I'm fortune to I have good dental plan.).

Absolutely Does this provider treat their staff well? Extremely well Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely.
Dr Kitchin is a great dentist. Professional, wonderful "chair-side" manner, and employs a great staff. I am very pleased to have my family under his care for our dental needs..
