Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Siebrasse, Edwin Christian DDS

Always a great experience. I actually enjoy getting my teeth worked on. And the staff is very nice and helpful. I think the guy who gave this dentist a one rating must be a fruitcake..

STAY 100% AWAY. Why isn't there an option for ZERO stars? We know multiple people whose teeth were only ruined by these con artists. Any clinic with "Christian" in the name this far out in the sticks should set off alarm bells as it is, but it was closest to us and we thought maybe we would have a better experience. Right off the bat, the receptionist was rude, condescending and belligerent on the phone. She believed my wife was someone else who had the same name and actually argued with me over where she lived. She also wouldn't let me schedule for my own spouse who was in too much pain to talk on the phone, and showed zero sympathy. She even shouted "I DON'T KNOW YOU," which is ridiculous. She didn't know either one of us, what difference did it make? We wound up making one little mistake about our appointment time, missed the appointment and the same receptionist was smug and spiteful about it, sneered and acted like it delighted her that a patient was in pain and would have to wait another week. What kind of medical clinic doesn't even call to give same-day appointment reminders? This is the first doctor of any sort that I have ever encountered who does not call you that day to remind you of your appointment, yet when I brought that up, the receptionist gave a very fake, very mocking smile and tone to say we called THEM two days prior, which has nothing to do with the issue. At all. I'm not an easily offended person. This is honestly the first time in my life that I've ever felt mocked and belittled by the staff of a business and left a review about it. The attitude of the receptionist alone was so hideous that I would never, never do business with this place as long as she had a job, though since this experience, I've only heard more horror stories from around town about the dentists themselves. They too will mock you, treat you like dirt, and you'll only have more tooth problems than ever before. They are not gentle or professional, they ruin your mouth to make more money. I imagine the only reason they still do business that they live so far from civilization they can prey on people too poor or too busy to go farther, but whatever it takes, see a real dentist in a real city and not this bargain-bin cornfield butchershop..
