Office staff messed up my appointment so it became my fault no one gave me any instructions on what to do for hurting and no antibiotic Dr. Dang is nice but could sure use some better trained help I Will not come back.
I was always terrified of the dentist. Not since I met Dr. Wells. She puts me at ease and explains in clear concise words that I understand. She is the most compassionate person I have ever met. I even fall asleep while she is working on me..
Dr. Rick was rude to my 8 year old daughter and I. She cried and begged to never go back. We found a new dentist that she loves and is comfortable with! The place was run down and dirty. Also I didn't like that the patients had to share a room while getting work done. We will never go back there.....
I had an excellent first time experience with Aspen Dental. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of the questions I had. From the first time I talked with Micah til I finished with my appointment, the whole experience was wonderful. I got to watch TV while I waited for the dentist to arrive in my room, that was an extra bonus I had never had before. They can put your x-rays on the t.v. screen as well, which is helpful when the Doctor explains what's going on. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office!.
If you are looking for a new dentist or dental hygienist Aspen Dental in Sterling is excellent! I was able to get in right away for my new patient exam, and from there able to schedule my cleaning and dental work within a two week period! That is fast compared to every where else I called! Most offices weren't even taking new patients! On top of that the staff was very nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable!! Thanks Aspen Dental!!.
My experience at Aspen was great. The entire staff was friendly and helpful from start to end. Micah did a wonderful job of explaining the procedure process, etc. and Dr. Pun was very speedy and professional. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist that's not only fast and effective, but priced just right..
