Dr. Middleton and her staff are very rude. My daughter was puking while her mold was being made and they were insensitive to her needs. Her retainer broke within 6 months of having it and they wanted us to pay for the replacement. We won't come here for the braces..
Have been a client of Dr. Maggiore for probably 20 years. Entire family go to him. Does amazing cosmetic work. Have had 8 crowns, permanent bridge, whitening, veneers, etc. Love my smile. Only issue is he is not part of the insurance plan I have so I have to pre-pay. This bothered me at first but I've gotten used to it. Highly recommend..
I went in hopeful that I could start getting my teeth fixed after years of neglect due to domestic violence. I asked her if we could start with the tooth that was bothering me and take care of the others one at a time. I cannot afford to pay thousands at once. She talked down to me and did not listen to the questions asked. It was humiliating to be told how bad my smile looked. I will be seeing another dentist who will be a better fit for my situation..
The staff at aspen dental in Springfield IL, on Dirkson parkway are fantastic!!! I have never liked going to the dentist (who does) but they made me very relaxed. I absolutely loved the analogies and conversation i had while getting my teeth cleaned. In fact I can't wait until my next cleaning. And the absolute best thing about aspen dental on Dirkson parkway was that they are the cleanest office i have ever been too. Everything got wiped down after my ex-rays and i loved it!!!.
I went in on a Saturday with no appointment , my face swollen badly from an infected tooth. They took my information and told me they would be with me soon . bet I didnt wait ten minutes when ,Dawn came out and started taking care of me . Very caring and professional .Then Dr Singh came in and explained my options . Even I understood what she was telling me . I would highly recommend them and the whole staff !.
I had oral surgery to remove the teeth I had for dentures. Surgery went well. I had very little pain. I did swell and bruises a lot but that is normal for me my only complaint is I was told my dentures would be at the surgeons office the day of my surgery but the office that made them across town did not send them as promised. I had to wait till the next day to get them..
