I'm not a patient here but have a family member that is and almost every employee I've encountered has very poor attitudes. There are exceptions and that is why I rated 3 stars because only one receptionist was kind and informative..
If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother went to this place after being released from the hospital. At her hospital stay they found a brain aneurysm 1.3cm . She was released from hospital and told to follow up with PCP. She is uninsured and went to this place for a referral back to neurosurgeon. The dr at this place received her medical records & told my mom the aneurysm was so small they would most likely just watch it, but we could have the referral if we wanted. Less then 2 wks later we had our appt at the neurosurgeon's office. We found out that this is a very large aneurysm & need coiling scheduled asap. Few weeks later my mom received 25 coils (setting a hospital record) for what we were told was a little aneurysm. I feel like my mother was treated differently due to being uninsured..
