Dr. Kenfield was polite. However, her lab erred on three teeth and an appliance she made for me. First, her office made and ordered a temp tooth appliance that laid against my mouth pallette, which has a large bony growth on it. Then the office honed it down, but couldn't get it right. So my periodontist honed it down properly for free. Then her lab made two crowns, connected,for two front teeth. They look like one large tooth. I've shown it to my friends, and it looks so bad that nobody reassured me that it looked okay. After that, she made a crown for another tooth that was too large, so it's very difficult to floss. When asked if that could be fixed, she said, "No." When asked if it would loosen up, she said, "No." In fact, I voiced my objections to all three of these results, to no avail. Her dental hygienist was kind, professional. The hygienist advocated for me every time..
Dr. Kenfield and her staff are amazing. I recommend her to all of my family and friends in the area..
Today was a big day for me, after a year and a half I finally got my braces off!I've been waiting for this day and thanks to Dr. Cosmo and his staff it finally happened :) Every time I went to my appointments I never had to wait long, having water and coffe in front of me while I was there was great, the environment is very cozy and they also have a room for kids to play! I love that they send me remainders and call me a day before for my appointments, Lastly I'm just so happy with my smile!(:.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kenfield's for many years and am very please with the service I receive.
Dr. Kenfield and his staff are the greatest. I'm so fortunate my son isn't scared to death of going to the dentist and I don't mind it anymore either. Two thumbs up!.
If all my dentists had been as amazing as Dr. Kenfield, my teeth would be in better shape. He and his staff are marvelous!.
