Our entire family has had long term dental health issues after going to Schmanski. We switched to the Johnson DDS group on Derdall due to problems we had with Schmanski and our oral health got better. My mother has fillings from nearly 50 years ago which are fine and 5 years after getting fillings from Schmanski, three out of four of us in the family have had to had fillings redone and crowns among other issues resolved..
I normally don't take the time to post reviews online but I was so highly impressed with the care that I have received at Bonita Dental Care that I thought I should share my experience. Dr. Wallace always has the best stories and spends the time to discuss with me any concerns I may have. I was very nervous recently to have my wisdom teeth taken out. Not only did Dr. Wallace and his assistants take the time to make sure I was comfortable, but I felt nothing. From the injection to get numb to the entire process of taking out my teeth. I had little to no pain that night and returned back to work the next evening..
The wait was reasonable. The staff was kinda mean to others I went to do a drug test for the company I was working for the did not give me a receipt so now I have to drive back Monday so I can start that Monday ????????????????.
I see after 4 years the same rude and unprofessional staff is still there. They have been rude to my teenage daughter never in front of me. I will go with her next time and I will rip a new one to the front office staff. Looking forward to it. .
I arrived on time for my 8:30 appointment. The waiting room was full and others were standing around outside. I signed in and asked about waiting time, and was told "we are just now starting on the 8:00 appointments". Very unprofessional, i did not have time to wait around for a hour or so (hence the appointment) so scratched my name off and left. will try lab corps next, perhaps they have better customer service. I also received an e-mail yesterday reminding me of the appointment, perhaps that e-mail could instead be sent to the manager reminding him to open on time with a competent staff.
