I have been coming to Concerned Dental Care for over 16 years and every time I come the service is great. I am greeted with professional courtesy and respect. I would recommend attending this office for dental care..
Super rude! When I call to make an appointment, the receptionist was rather mean, and cut me off when I am speaking. Unexpectedly puts you on hold while you are still talking. In the office I witnessed rudeness towards other patients, smart-a$$ condescending remarks. I am looking for another dentist. The receptionist/office manager behaves like I have to beg to be served. The office could use a good cleaning and some tidying up too! I also didn't like the way my teeth were cleaned (no I didn't bother to complain, what's the use). Super rude!
