I believe my fear of going to the dentist has ended. I had a bad toothache and Dr. Jazaifar was recomended by my insurance company. She was very personable, explained my treatment options and gave me recommendations for future visits. Everyone from the reception to the back office made me feel comfortable about my visit..
This doctor is a CROOK. I made an appointment for a filling because one of my incisors chipped and I walked out with bonding on my two front teeth! I never asked for it and they definitely didn't ask me if I wanted bonding. They do whatever they can in order to bill your insurance and charge you more money. Do not go to this dentist. Everyone I know who went there has similar stories about her doing anything she can just to charge insurance..
Dr. Silva is an artist! She has the latest stuff in her office and she actually really cares about you. I was embarrassed of my teeth before and I decided to have lumineers. She did such a beautiful job. She changed my life! I would absolutely recommend her!.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! She was so friendly and welcoming at first, but as time went on she would say I needed this much work, then she would forget what she said. I would ask about a certain procedure and what it all entails. When it was time for the procedure it was altogether different. I went to another Dentist for 2nd opinion, came back to her and told her I no longer wanted to see her, and I would like my records forwarded. A worker in her office sent my new dentist someone elses records. REAL SLOPPY!!!!! I spoke to her about it and she seemed so disappointed. She never spoke to the assistant that sent it out, next thing i know she sends me a certified letter letting me know she did not want to service me or my son any longer. I get it you have that right. I thought it was so tacky. A letter apologizing for your assistants negligence would have been nice. I'm glad i'm gone. Like i said before I'm glad I'm gone. I get good honest service now. I also asked her to forward me my sons dental records. I only got two xrays. Grow up lady and get some business sense..
