Dr. Rhicard performed a root canal without putting on a crown (and insisted on performing the root canal himself instead of referring me to an endodontist). This tooth later fractured as a result. Dr Kellogg is an excellent dentist. He is concerned about his patient's comfort as well as doing a superb job. He was the only dentist in the area at the time (13 years ago) when my husband had mercury toxicity, who used a dam and filter while removing the mercury filled fillings. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
