5/1/2022 - I’ve never had a problem with Dr. Gaylord or my Hygenist, but the front desk staff has always been incompetent - (charging me for services that are covered by my insurance, making me pay upfront for services that are covered by my insurance, not understanding insurance covers cleanings,) however today’s experience takes the cake. The receptionist, Felecia, canceled my appointment I had made six months ago without telling me. It wasn’t until I arrived at my appointment that they said they had canceled it. They gave the excuse that I didn’t confirm from their texts warning me that a no-show appointment would charge me $75. That’s the reason they charge $75 if you don’t show up. I showed up - do I get $75? I do not have a history of not showing up for appointments. But they canceled my appointment without any warning or any communication that they were going to do that , wasting my time. Find another dentist - it’s not worth the hassle you get from their staff..
Horrible, caused extreme pain, implants inserted without pain medication! never washed his hands, nor changed gloves.
No, I would not recommend Dr. O’Roark to anyone. He doesn’t listen or care what your concerns are. He does what is easy for him and does not care about what pain he may be putting you through. I paid a lot of money for implants and the results are very poor causing other problems. I could go on but I will stop for now..
I have been a patient of Dr Sachs' for more than 15 years..
It's a great visit every visit. From Mrs. Sue in reception/billing to Mrs. Sharon who is so great with kids. (They love going to see her) Mrs. Amy and Dr. Sachs are absolutely great-providing advice on preventive care and explaining everything. I honestly don't think it's possible to have a bad visit. He and his staff raise the bar on customer care and service. So grateful we were referred to him..
My family has been with Doc since 1991. We love Dr. Sachs and all the wonderful staff..
