I would leave fewer stars, if possible. I always felt like I was one of Dr. Annese's “test” implant patients, perhaps the first. I got implants here before the pandemic and I found Dr. Annese’s chairside manner to be arrogant and brash. Any question or concern I had was quickly dismissed with a brisk “that’s the way it is supposed to be”, without even looking at what I was referring to. I immediately left the practice, even though the rest of the staff was great. I also found that the implant brand he uses is not common with other dentists in Massachusetts, making finding a more agreeable dentist challenging. Perhaps this all explains the discount I received at the onset, yet now I feel it was no bargain, to be sure. I waited until now to write this because I entered into the agreement willingly, but today I found a beautiful magazine-style advertisement in my mailbox detailing his expertise in the implant practice, and my experience was the complete opposite.
Dr. Kamari knows his dental craft. In conversation, I can also tell that he's seriously smart. Better than that is my experience on the human side of being in his chair. He is cordial, considerate. and respectful. I feel that he is looking out for my well-being when I am there; he's not just drilling and filling..
I saw Dr. N for a year or so. He's very nice, as are his hygienists. I did go in for a root canal and crown in December. It took 3 or 4 visits to complete and a month later, it still hurt. I finally went to another dentist, where the tooth was pulled and an implant done..
one of the worst doctors i have ever been to. not only did he look like he has pink eye but, covered in dog hair. i went to him because I've been having a hard time with my back , and felt like he would be a better fit for me. i would ask a question and he would answer it but not in ways to make me understand what the hell he was talking about. i had to go get a X-RAYS but it had to be standing up he wrote the note completely wrong. now mind you i went to him with good intentions and was open minded to it. my last doctor was a complete waste of time, overtime i went to see him when i was sick or with mono he would tell me it was a cold, i have never been to this doctor in my life he never introduced himself to me , didn't make me feel comftorble, i literally left feeling so upset and angry. i hate going to places and not knowing whats wrong. i know theres something wrong with me and this doctor can't even tell me whats wrong..... its a shame certain people really shouldn't be working in this field. my blood pressure was sky high and was supposed to re check it and never did. so i could have died today and he never checked it... GRRRREEEAAAATTTTT DOCOTR this douche bag is.. when asked a question his go to response was i don't have x-ray vision..
Dr. Eddy has been my dentist for 35 years now and is also my family's dentist. He has always treated me with my best interests in mind. When specialty services were needed, he did not hesitate to recommend a specialist for the job. His work is top notch and his new facilities and equipment are state of the art. Dr. Eddy is very personable and friendly and never hesitates to ask how the family is doing as well as my boys individually by name. I can't recommend him highly enough..
He is one of the best in central MA. You can't do better than Dr. Eddy. Competent, caring, and good at dealing with people who don't like going to the dentist..
