Not going here again. I was told I needed a procedure so I got it done. Insurance refused to cover it. The dentist filed an appeal but sent it to the wrong address. The dentist thought the appeal was denied and threatened to send me to collections (multiple times). I made one call to the insurance company and got everything cleared up but it was a huge hassle on my end. Moreover, they refused to apologize even though they mishandled from the start..
Dr. Tam Tam and her staff do a great job. I love the dental care I get there and never have a long wait for my appointment. The only reason for 4 stars was because a cancellation policy was put into affect that states if you give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged $50. I was asked to sign a document acknowledging that which I did not like. I do not agree with doctors charging people a fee for having to cancel an appointment, regardless of the time frame of notice..
My experience went great. Had to get 4 fillings and Dr. Tamtam did an amazing job! She was always telling me the next step and what to expect. I appreciate how professional they are but also how comforting they are as well. I highly recommend Bright Star. ????.
Always a good experience, but this time was pretty painful. I can only assume it was due to the location of the tooth , the extensive work to prep for a crown, and the decay removal that was necessary. When I refer people I always tell them it was painless. Can't win them all???? I will happily remain a patient.
