They will not refund your money regardless what they say. I returned my partials after 1 year, of numerous times sent back to the lab to get them to fit. I made an appointment, Dentist was fed up like I was, here comes biling. ???? Every scare tactic, guilt trip, misery tactic was used not to give me my money back. Threat of recording stop the harassment. I video tape me returning the partials and contacted the Better Business Bureau like I said I would. Next stop Small Claims Court..

It's hard to find a dentist that won't try to sell you a bunch of unnecessary products and charge you exhorbitant prices to do a bunch of painful dental work that you don't need. Dr white will NEVER suggest or do unnecessary procedures! She and her staff are really nice to work with too. They are AWESOME!!!.
