Made appointment for a filing. They performed a full exam, during her portion she pried on a couple of crowns like she was trying to dislodge them. She filled 2 cavities. One is good and smooth. The other feels like it is half finished, rough and very deep. I had the last appointment on a Friday, and it was obvious that her and her assistance wanted to call it a day. They shoved gauze in my mouth and told me to bite on it for 45 minutes to stop the bleeding. Bleeding...? All you did was fill 2 cavities. The fact that I was bleeding was of concern for me as I am on a blood thinner. I asked her how bad I was bleeding, she gave me a blank look. I then asked if the bleeding was mild or sever, she replied sever. And with that they sent me on my way. Thankfully my bleeding did stop and I was able to find the issue, I not only was bleeding from my gum but also from a cut between my cheek and gums. Horrible experience..
Mr. Musherure, insisted my child get three teeth pulled at 7, because three were wiggly I told him I was uncomfortable with three teeth being pulled they would come out on there own, I reluctantly gave him the go ahead because after all he is supposed to be the expert. Well OVER a year later my son one tooth never grew back in and the other is messed up because of this dentist. I regret ever taking my child to him. He is a SHAM of a dentist. I wouldn't trust him to water a plant..
Dr. Musherure is great with kids, speaking to them in a gentle and fun manner which distracts from the usual anxieties and fears associated with dental visits. He is informative towards the parent and sensible in his care plans. I trust and appreciate him greatly as a provider!.
Dr Hipp is incredibly caring and concerned for my dental health. I came to him with a mess of problems and he did a great job on his part and referred me to the best specialists for my orthodontics and dental implant procedures. He's friendly and genuine - doesn't give off any arrogance, like some doctors I've had in the past..
Great location for skyway users in downtown. Very convenient for Mears Park Place Apt residents living next door, & anyone who's busy during the workweek. Perfect for Downtowners living/working in Downtown St. Paul. Very clean facility..
I (heart) Dr. Hipp and his entire staff. I have GREAT teeth and he tells me that if I keep up the great work, I'll die of old age with all my teeth still in my head. However, I had rather immature-looking teeth (they were small), so he built them up with veneers in front and I love my smile. It's lasted for several years and they look great. Dr. Hipp is the best dentist a person could hope for, and everyone on his staff is warm, friendly, and caring. I've recommended him to several people, all of whom have come back to me with positive comments. He also makes emergencies a priority, and will reschedule appointments in order to make room for a true emergency. THAT'S great service. He's a great doctor.
