My first experience was very positive several years ago so I made an appointment to have two molars removed due to bone loss. Was this the same doctor I had before? The teeth were removed but I have never had more pain and discomfort in my life. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. Needless to say, I am fairly sure that a nerve was hit several times and the pain is still there 9 hours later. Very disappointed and will not be returning..
Last December I went in for a dental cleaning when the receptionist asked me to "settle up" over $100 was owed. This shocked me because I'm covered 100% for 2 cleanings/year. Being it was after Christmas, I didn't have the money readily available and said, "Well, I'll have to reschedule. I don't have it!" I was leaving when she chased me to the parking lot, yelling my name. So, the office and I sort of worked this out. I did ask to see what I owed and what was left since I prepaid over $7,000 for invisalign. I never received a printout. The dentist brought me into her office and showed me my account on her computer. Very sketchy. After 2 more appointments, I decided to fire them as my dentist in mid-August. I repeatedly emailed, phoned and texted asking for a copy of my account and to refund any balance left. The office won't refund my $1300 credit..
This man sexually assaults his female patients. The fact that he's still practicing, let alone out of prison is a testament to the failure of the justice system. He was charged and convicted of these crimes by multiple women in 2017 and only received 20 hours of community service and 3 years probation. He is now back to his dastardly ways and it's not only a matter of time before YOU'RE his next victim..
I have had several visits for a variety of issues. Every single time, my issue was corrected professionally. He has a fantastic 'bedside manner'.
Very disappointed and hurt the way he treated my wife. I am the patient and my wife with me inside the room and he told my wife to “get out of the room”. He literarily kicked my wife out of the room because she was answering questions for me as I am heard of hearing. he did it with humiliation. My wife and I were so hurt because of the way he treated us. He made my wife cry. There is always away of telling someone respectfully to clarify why is she answering for me. But kicking some one like that out of the room was so humiliating to us. I will never want to go back to that place..
Dr. Diana Fat and her team are by far the best! The entire staff are a true pleasure to work with and make you feel like family. They are very attentive and accommodating while providing a level of knowledge and expertise that is unmatched. Dr Fat is a highly skilled dentist while also being incredibly kind and warm. She has the latest technology and a clean and beautiful facility. Karrie and Kyle were so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I appreciate the time they gave to help me understand my dental needs, as well as what I want to accomplish in the long term. I was incredibly impressed with their team work, communication and overall patient care. This is hands down the best dental office I have ever been to..
