This organization has seven dental offices in California and provides amazing dental work. MY SMILE IS BRIGHT!.
Went here to get my teeth cleaned/x-rayed in 2008. For starters, the office is kind of gross. Since Archie had been recommended to me by a family member, I....
I personally know the people who own & run this company. They are anti-union, two-faced hypocrites. Beware.. they are evil..
I needed a partial because all the teeth on the bottom left had to be pulled due to the lack of bone structure due to radiation therapy 14 years ago. I first spoke to Donna to make an appointment. She was polite and compassionate. I was extremely impressed. My first appointment was scheduled for a consultation. Dr. Kim and his staff were prompt and made me feel comfortable. They were all polite and compassionate as well. Dr. Kim explained everything in detail on what procedure was needed. He first needed to speak with my Malofacil doctor and they both agreed on the path to take. Dr. Kim went out of his way to get a second opinion from a doctor who was more familiar with my case. That impressed me. The next appointment was to make impressions for the partial and lastly an appointment to fit the partial. I couldn't have asked for better care. During all my appointments the whole staff was prompt, polite, professional and always had my best interest in mind. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kim..
This dentist is so negligent that I wish I could put ZERO stars. My mother went to him on accident. She was forced to use him due to him being the only prostodontist on her insurance list. He is not kind. He is not professional. He pulled out a bridge and a tooth while tears ran down her face and told her that she "shouldn't" be in pain. When asked for pain meds for the holiday weekend he said no. He refused to see her after MANY phone calls to him about increasing pain. Another dentist answered her call for help and confirmed a diagnosis of dry socket. It has currently been 3 days since Dr. Kim refused to see my mom and he is still "too busy". Shame on you Dr. Kim. You are an uncompassionate provider and should be ashamed of your lack of ethics..
I have been a patient of Dr. Kim since he took over Dr. Bock's practice and have referred numerous patents to him. Everyone in the office is so nice and professional. On Friday , December 4th 2015 my crown came off chewing a tootsie roll and I panicked because they are closed Fridays and had my office Christmas party Sunday. I left a message on the urgent line and Dr. Kim called me back and had me meet him at his office at 4pm. He took care of me on his day off and had me out of there by 430pm...doesn't get much better than that!!!.
