Run don't walk away from her!.
Horrible dentist. She provided me false info saying she would be able to perform a root canal while drilling away my tooth, and then on another visit, informed me she couldn't when I was starting to experience severe pain. She also dropped my temp crown on the floor and stuck the same one back in my mouth. When I scheduled a visit with the endodontist, she said Mondays are her inspection days and Wednesdays she would be able to do both, diagnose and operate. That was a lie!.
My wife and I were in dire need of dental care. We are very satisfied with Dr Nguyen and his staff..
I came into aspen dental as a new patient a couple months ago, and I must say it was one of the best offices I went to. I work in the dental field and the standard of care you receive by Dr. Keen is amazing. She truly cares about your overall health not just doing what's "convenient." The second I walked in both of the ladies at the front desk greeted me and already knew who I was! It made me feel very welcome. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled time as instructed to fill out some paperwork, I finished that with about 10 mins or so and was taken back almost immediately. During my appointment the assistants were very knowledgable and were very quick taking my X-rays. During my exam I saw dr. Keen and Liz the hygienist. Both were very detailed about my treatment, which was only a couple filings and a basic cleaning. After I was done I sat down with the office manager to go over how much everything would cost, i was a little worried about the cost because I don't have dental insurance but I did do the financing and was very nervous about how I could afford it. The office manager really put my mind at ease and we were able to come up with an option that would be best for me. This was one of the most up to date offices I have been and if you want a good standard of care dr. Keen and the sun city office are the way to go!.
I really like the flexible hours and hygienist. The appointment system requires an update. I would recommend..
