They help you with a payment plan which is great, but communication is poor. The office appears to overbook appointments and the management is overwhelmed and cannot remember simple requests.
The pros are that they will make payment arrangements. The cons are that they overbook and herd children around the office like cattle. Although they hound you to keep your payments current, they cant even remember the slightest communications from parents. No Bueno..
My initial experience was great. I thought I was getting the best care. It wasn't until years later when I became better educated that I realized how much trouble I was in. I had a jaw issue that was not addressed. My teeth were shifted nearly out of the bone. My mandibular incisors have severe bone loss and recession. I take care of my teeth. Every dentist asks who my orthodontist was. If you choose Dr. Martin. Please get a second opinion!.
