Cleaning and to get a broken filling looked at. It seems lately Dr. P. wants replace everything with a crown rather than refill the broken filling. Of course, crowns cost about 10 times what the filling does. But I've had fillings replaced and they've lasted many years. He did not want to redo this filling and I did not want to shell out for a crown. So I still have the hole in my tooth that I am keeping clean every day..
Dr P was able to fix a cavity expertly. He did an excellent job, as always. I continue going to Great Hill because him. I have been his patient for more than 20 years..

I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes before I was asked to come to the back. Which really didn't make a difference, because there I sat in a room for an additional 30 minutes. I was met by a nurse who was surprised to find the room occupied. At this point I realized I was never going to be seen and left the building. I've been going here for a while but recently haven't been maybe in a year and a half or so. 1 I don't like my pcp as she acts like she could care less. 2 is you can barely ever get through to someone and make an appointment. How is this possible when it's a clinic . It doesn't make sense to leave your info so someone can call you back . What the heck are all the receptionist doing ? Get paid for what if no one ever answers . Give me the damn job . I'm qualified . If I could rate zero stars just for the lack of inconvenience and professionalism ..
I have been an outpatient at Whittier street health center for some years now and they recently started offering alternative medicine especially acupuncture in a group setting to their patients and staffs, which is awesome and I loved it. When I first heard about the service, I just jumped right in. It's the best decision I have ever made. What I like most about the service is, it's a walk-in service, so you don't need to make an appointment to receive the treatment but it might change in the future as it is getting busier every time I go there. It's already a crowded place now. And the price they charge is so inexpensive you can't beat it anywhere but what I liked most is the doctor, the acupuncturist, she is very professional and seemed to know, what she is doing as I haven't felt this better before. I know, I am in the right hand, when I am under her care. So if you have any health issues or concerns, i wouldn't hesitate to take the chance and consult with her. You will be happy that you have made the decision. Thank you..
