After being a patient of Dr Gunnin for close to 10 years I'm highly disappointed his office staff. I was scheduled for dental care but my care was indecisive they were going to have to check to see if I needed the procedure again before actually doing it there for I did not get a cost of treatment plan. So they day before the service I called to see the exact amount that I was going to be paying. Well they had to go ask they gave me a number and I hang up to call the bank well turns out that I've paid several bills this week and that just isn't going to be affordable for me. Well I call back to let them know the issue. Ok well I have to be lectured by the very rude Ms. Patti at the front desk about I'm putting them in a bad spot. Well as I see I have been a very loyal customer my money has helped pay their bills so I'm already saying I'm having a hard time this week so I wanted to cancel and now I have to get a lecture to go with it I think not I will never be back again and I intend to make sure that Dr. Gunnin is aware of how his staff treats patients. I've never seen such rude staff to loyal customers they have made thousands of dollars from my family..
After years of having braces he had put on me, he decided to take them off early. This brilliant idea has made my teeth so much worse than they were before. My self confidence is low because of what bad teeth I have just because this lackluster dentist didn't even bother to give me a retainer after having my braces off.
