While his office staff is nice and his emergency availability is a plus I have to say his ability to take your concerns seriously is lacking. Having pain for several months was just pushed off as TMJ, which a specialist determined I dont have and resulted in a dental infection worsening over 2 years. After changing dentist many issues were finally managed and diagnosed correctly..
PATIENTS BEWARE! Office said twice they accepted my insurance. My insurance reimbursed f/c rates for my cleaning and they still are coming for another $100+ from me. When I called to question this she said nonchalantly ‘oh your insurance is out of network’. I asked why no one told me, she said there are only two in network insurance companies and they’re not obligated to tell patients. I trusted them for a first visit and they totally took advantage of me. Not a honest or ethical office..
Well, I was a client for about 3 years and very happy with the work done. I am complaining about the administrative handling. I got a verbal quote of $ 700.00 for fillings and cleaning what turned out over $ 1400.00 after the work got done. I told the lady at the reception that this is not what she told me and at that point she responded that the insurance is maxed out for 2016 and they won't pay any of this portion. I ended up paying all ! This was for me and my wife the last visit.
The best around Dr . Zeisler is one of the most compassionate and professional dentists I have come in contact with. Coming in after Dr . Hunt passed had to have been difficult but I never felt an uneasy transition, which is commendable. The staff ,as always, are there to help and help some more..
