Been a patient of Dr. Cavalieri's for over 20 years. He's a very good dentist :-).
Dr. Lo is a great dentist. Her office manager, however, is so incompetent that I no longer go there. No only does she regularly make mistakes on insurance claims, which takes much time on my part to correct, but has a very insulting manner that dictates she does no wrong. Don't put yourself through all the aggravation..
Dr. Lo and staff are always courteous, friendly, outgoing and eager to help. They always remember you and never judge. Best dentistry in the state!.
