Best Dentist In City - Dr. Kalpana Kaveti, DMD

Dr. Jayashree Ramakrishnan, DDS

***Please be aware and execute caution before visiting this office. I was assaulted by one of the office staff there, I believe her name is Jessica, who purposely jabbed me in my throat more than once with a suction tool. Then when telling the Dr. Rem what happened, was rushed out and had a procedure finished improperly in my mouth. Also, weeks later receive a letter from the dentist to no longer visit the practice again in the future. They are very unprofessional there and spiteful. Please be aware and find another practice to go to if you want to be safe and have proper work performed***.

Dr. Jean-Michel Gignac, DMD

I have been a patient of Dr. Gignac for probably over 20 years. He and his staff have always been professional and courteous. When visiting specialists they have always complimented the work he has done. I would absolutely refer friends to him..

Horrible Scheduler. Rude Doctor. Made me wait for 25 minutes outside the office. Doctor disappeared with her assistants for lunch even though they scheduled my appointment at 1 pm. On arrival, doctor was not professional nor apologetic. Scheduler and assistant were rude & didn't care about messing up the schedule. Assistant tells me - she's got low tolerance for people. Horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

HORRIBLE dentist. The office is outdated and small, your appointment is not private since you can hear every conversation in the waiting room. I went for my first cleaning there and they didn't take x-rays, even after me confessing it was over 3 years since the last time I had been to a dentist. When I left, they told me to call back in 6 months for my next cleaning; apparently it's your job to remember, not theirs to make sure you come back. The bonding on one of my teeth broke on a Saturday night. I called Sunday for an appointment to get it fixed and the "receptionist" told me to come in that day, even though the dentist wasn't there (so who was going to fix the bonding?). I made an appointment for the following Friday and enforced the fact that the bonding needed to be removed and the tooth needed to be rebonded. She said she put it in the computer and for me to remind the dentist (uhh, red flag). I called Wednesday to see if an appointment had opened up and they said no, I'd still have to come back on Friday. I reinforced again that the appointment would need to be to REMOVE a bonding and REPLACE the bonding. She said fine. Got to the appointment Friday. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room, then in the chair for 30 minutes, while the dentist (Dr. Patel) called other people to answer questions he was having about treating his patient (another red flag). When he finally walked into my room (almost an hour after my appointment time) he thought he was there for a cleaning, asking if anything was bothering me today. I said "Yes, the tooth I'm here to get fixed." Dumbfounded, he looked at the tooth and said he could take the bonding off. When I told him that's fine but he needs to put it back on he said "Oh no, I don't have time for that, I have three patients behind you." Well, that's not my problem, I told the "receptionist" that twice on 2 different days. It turns out he would need 45 minutes to take the bonding off, me to wait an hour for him to finish his other patients, and then another 45 minutes to put the bonding back on .... mind you, this is a work day. The staff is unprofessional, the dentist seems as though he is straight out of med school, and the place looks like it's falling apart. Save your time and money and go somewhere else; this dentist is not worth the hassle. TRUST ME! HORRIBLE dentist. Great dentists. Great with children. Don't let his office affect your opinion. I have been taking my 7 yr old foster child here for over a year and she is happy and not afraid. Staff is polite and caring!.
