My family Dental doctor set up an appointment for me to have my wisdom teeth extracted three weeks prior to the appointment. I received a phone call for confirmation the day before from the clinic. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early only to find out that my appointment is the 22nd and not the today and that I needed to get over it and move on from this. They also pretended that they made no errors to my appointment and had my information mixed up saying that my file said I was on blood thinners. They Lied to me telling me I just made my appointment yesterday for the 22nd. I received two phone calls apologizing telling me that somehow my appointment was deleted and deepest apologies like WTF poor service if they can't do a basic appointment and keep up with information and be professional, like seriously what makes you think they can do the surgery right? I don't trust you with with anything even if my life depended on it. They are very unprofessional and unorganized!!!!!!!.
The dentist removed 4 of my wisdom teeth under local anesthesia and the whole procedure was finished in like 30 minutes. It didn't hurt and the actual pulling took 5-10 minutes. If I had more wisdom teeth I definitely go back. If I could change anything it would be the receptionist. She was hard to work with..
