This office is only after as much money as they can squeeze out of your and your insurance company. After arriving at my appt. for a checkup and cleaning I was told I would not be allowed to do both on the same day, first I was told my insurance wouldn't allow it then when I questioned that I was told by the dentist that "the policy changed two weeks ago after I made my appt." They say they called to inform me, I replayed their message and all they did was remind me of my appt. I am sure this is a scam to get more from the insurance company, this is disgraceful and given those ethics I won't be going back. Can you trust a healthcare provider who in my opinion cheats!
