Please Do Not go to this dentistry for services. They ripped me off. Put a crown on my tooth that had a root canal but instead of helping they put more damage to my tooth. Now that tooth needs to be extracted because these people don't know how to put a crown efficiently. They put it too close to the bone that it irritate to tooth and brought a bigger infection on the tooth. I wish they could at least refund me back the money I paid on the crown. All this happened last year. My employer insurance is so good but they use all my benefits last year that I could not even did my last cleaning. They told me that I needed deep cleaning every three months which I did which was probably all lies. I am so upset at them. They are not honest people. I am glad that I was able to warn people. If you want to waste your money and no good results, go to 6 dental. I am just working on paycheck to paycheck and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle but these people put more issues on my plate because how greedy they are and just thinking about their pocket. The tooth was already gone before they put the crown. They knew it and did not tell me anything just because they wanted to take money from regular working people.
I have been going to the 6 Day Dental in Allen for a couple years and am not happy with their dentistry care. I had a one filling done here and it fell out within a year. A couple visits ago, it was clear I was not the focus of my dentist. It took me over an hour to have a routine cleaning because the dentist would sit down to start examining my teeth, and then get up to serve another patient before finishing (this happened more than once). A dental hygienist told me it was time for another x-ray. Turns out that she had not checked my chart correctly, I already had a recent x-ray on file, and my insurance billed me for an extra x-ray. Also, one time the office changed my appointment time without notifying me the day of my appointment and I only ended up showing up on time because I called with a question. Every time I go I see a new dentist, it doesn't appear they can keep anyone on staff. I paid a rush fee and delayed travel by a day to pick up my night guard before I left town, but it still didn't come in on time and I wasted a day. The honest reason why I am still here is I have not invested the time to find a new dentist..
