The best dentist ever! All my family all agrees and we recommend them to everyone we know. I had pain in my back teeth and X-rays showed no cavities. Doctor Chan knew the problem and addressed it. He has a much greater education and interest in his field than other dentists. He also teaches other dentists. This is not just his job but his passion. Deceitful business practices for personal financial gain. Withholds pertinent info, such as he is moving his practice across town when you've told him you came to him based on his location, and that he was no longer a preferred provider on your insurance, when he was initially. Strings you along with expensive "necessary" diagnostic work for cosmetic procedures, knowing you have a limited budget for the work then presents a plan for nearly 50K, knowing you can't afford. Unethical. Stay Away..

I have been going to Smiles for several years now, along with my husband and two older kids. My 3 year old son went in for a cleaning a few weeks ago and we found out he had a couple cavities.I took him in today to have one of his cavities filled and we met Dr. Killpack for the first time, and he treated my toddler son. He was absolutely awesome with him! My son was calm and happy and loved the fact that Dr. Killpack knew some of the character names in his favorite cartoon!! We have to go back in a few weeks for the other filling, and my son is actually looking forward to it! Great experience for my son, and myself as a mother!
