I was headed out of town for a week on Monday, but had a tooth started aching Friday nite anytime something warm hit it. Without an appointment or calling I stopped in just before noon Monday to see if I could get some medical advice to hold me off till he could schedule me. He quickly reviewed my records while turning on the X-ray machine, sat me on a chair & ID the area that was giving me problems & told me what to look for this week & how to hold-on until we knew exactly what was going on..
This office is nice until you have to deal with billing issues. Dr. Mike's wife was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire conversation. I had to keep repeating "you do not have to be rude", just to have it happen again and again. Do not recommend..
Dr. Mike Rodgers is a con artist. He over charges and rips people off! His Office Manager (and wife) is RUDE, BELIGERENT, and has NO CLASS! They ripped me off and then kept hanging up on me..
I have been going to Dr Mike's for 10+ years. The atmosphere and dental hygienists are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. All in all, a good, professional dentist office and Dr Mike is very experienced and sometimes funny..
