Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Had the surgery done and 8 months later we received a bill from Lemmon Valley Dental Group that we need to pay extra $445. We called in and was told the insurance company would not cover the anesthesia. We were suggested to call our insurance company. We found out the insurance informed them of this decision one month after the surgery and Lemmon Valley waited 8 months to tell us. Three calls, three different answers. Lemmon Valley said (Version 1) "they missed or lost the letter." (version 2) "insurance company told them 8 months later." Anyway, we would appeal to our insurance company had a agreement with the manager Mitzy. While waiting for the response from the insurance, Lemmon Valley went to Collections and sent us a Collections letter. We called in and this time the manager Crystal gave us a version 3 answer that "they appealed to the insurance company and it took time." Is this how they pressure their customers to pay fora bill that doesn’t get handled properly by themselves? Not only that, all the managers we spoke to were not very professional and at times, even disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs!.
My wife and I drive 340 miles for the best dental care. Dr. Hansen and his compassionate, caring staff are a blessing. My wife,Jan, had two dental emergencies years ago. Dr. Hansen was an answer to prayer. He continues to use his God given talent to maintain our best dental health..

Finally a great Dentist who is not rushed, experienced and overall make you completely satisfied with the services you pay to recieve. Dr. Eberley was a great find and I will have all my dental work done by him for years to come. Highly Recommend!!.
I walked in (and out) of your Lakeside location for the last time today. I am now looking for a new dental practice because of several concerning visits over the past couple years. The only reason I have not done the sooner because Debbie the dental hygienist is great. Yesterday I called to ask what I was due for and was told I needed xrays and an exam. Marlene told me about your dental package and framed it as if this would be the most affordable option. However after doing the math myself I realized paying cash would be more cheap. This all felt very dishonest. I’m not sure if its shear incompetence or if this is coming from the top to increase revenue. However, when I asked the marlene about it this morning she told me that I was correct so she clearly knew the more affordable option yet failed to state this. I’m sure many people don’t take the time to actually do the math and will just take the person that is representing your office on the phone at face value and pay more for the same services. When I arrived today for my appointment Marlene said she thought I might not come today which I thought was interesting since I never cancelled. Upon arrival, I was also not notified that they were running a half an hour behind. Informing patients of this seems like a small courtesy as most of us have jobs and commitments. This is not the first time that you guys have been running behind and not mentioned it. I was then informed that if I didn’t do the x-ray today that they could not do my cleaning. This should have been mentioned when I talked to Marlene on the phone two days previously, yet was not. Beyond today’s experience when I received a crown last year once they got me under they realized that the crown they received was not the right size and we had to go through it all again at a later date. These experiences at your office seem to point to a lack of professionalism, incompetency and a disregard for my time. Also, they offer patients discounts if they post a postivie review so take positive reviews with a big grain of salt..
