I called this dental office to find help for my daughter who had a cracked tooth. I made it clear that she was in pain and would need treatment that day. After their assurances that she could be helped that day I made an appointment and paid $138.00 up front "for records" they told me were necessary. After taking X-rays and meeting with the dentist she was told that she would need to come back in two weeks to get the tooth repaired. I reminded them that they promised to do the repair today and that she was in pain. The receptionist told me that was the soonest she could be helped. I specifically chose this office because the website said they offer emergency care. I ended up taking my daughter to a different dentist the next day who repaired her tooth. Dr. Bothun and staff are great at Dakota Dental. Recently, they called me immediately when an appointment opened up so my daughter and I could make one trip. No waits in the waiting room either. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions about tooth whitening options. I even left with two samples for my adult-age daughters. Yea! All and all, a great experience..
I really like this place, the doctors and staff are very knowledgable and kind. Highly Recommended!.
