Dr. Michael Bonomo, DMD

I can't say I've ever felt this welcomed and comfortable at a Drs office, let alone at a dentist. I feel like I've known everyone here forever, like old friends, Dr. Bonomo makes sure I feel nothing and if I so much as move my pinky he asks if I'm ok. At the end, I get to have an "artist" sculpt my pearly whites into movie star chompers, what more could you really ask for?..You will never feel discomfort and the Dr and staff will feel like you're old friends..

Dr. Michael Bonomo, DMD

I have gone to him for over 10 years. When the local Sellersville Pediatric refused to remove my young daughters crooked primary tooth Dr.. Bonomo never hesitated a second to pull her tooth although she was not his patient. Dr. Bonomo really cares about all his patients. See for yourself..

Red Hill Dental

it was good. nice people good items, not much variety but it's ok. Prices are not inflated too badly. they have a nice selection of live animals (chickens, rabbit, birds, fish) a good small city store.

This is what happened after I declined their up-sell offer.. On 09/29/15, I had an 4pm that I committed to, but on that day I had a fever. I still managed to show up, after they did the exam, Dr. Amy suggested to do a deep clean instead a regular one as I scheduled. I declined very politely, told her I am not feeling well. She brought in someone and showed me the cost against my will anyway, I declined again. I just wanted it to be over with. Dr. Amy made a comment :"Please sign here, to acknowledge you declined our professional suggestion, in case you come back sue us, who knows?!" I was like "whaaaaaat", but didn't say a word. The hygienist Summer was there the entire time, she started to perform the regular clean. She was rough, that's all I think at first, then when there's too much water in my mouth, I signaled I needed to spit the water, she made this comment:"You don't need to spit it, you can just swallow the water. Those are what you swallow everyday, if you concern about your oral health, you should take care of it and get a deep clean" I was pissed, but again, can't really talk! Who gave her the right to lecture me? If I don't care about my oral health, why I was there? Then, things got worse! When she say "open and close" she started to yell! Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore, I raised my hand and mumbled "do not yell at me!" She fired back without any hesitation:'"well, I can't do my job if you don't open probably." From that point, she used the tool to pull my mouth open so hard that actually hurt! I called the office the next day, spoke with a guy who said he was the office manager-Dave, that's what he told me his name was. He listened, and apologized, then started to defend for Summer, said "I am shocked to hear this! I know Summer, she has been with us almost since the beginning, this is the first time I received a complaint about her". So I asked him" are you saying I made it up?" he went, "no, no, but it's just hard to believe." "Well Summer is not here today, but will be here tomorrow, I will talk to her and get back to you" I thanked him, and now almost a month later, never heard anything back! Think about it, per Dave's logic, WE, the patients are strangers to him comparing to their employees, so WE are not trustworthy. There is one way to win this argument is - NEVER go back to that office again! This is what happened after I declined their up-sell offer..
