Mr. Newman, Ellen and another staffer in Mr. Newman's West Orange, NJ office are the most unprofessional and unethical "dental professionals" I've ever encountered. Mr. Newman, Ellen and another office staffer falsely accused me of not signing my son's Invisalign contract when I did. I **emailed** Mr. Newman's office a screenshot of the signed Invisalign contract. I also insisted on a written apology from Mr. Newman for his unacceptable mistreatment of this paying compliant customer. I also discovered a letter that Mr. Newman sent to a Dr. Mehta, thanking this person for referring me to his office. This never happened. This letter was a complete lie and fabrication. I filed several complaints with the New Jersey Dental Board about these incidents. I don't think the department required Mr. Newman to submit any affidavit or other sworn testimony, which would ensure he would tell the truth. As a result, I don't think the decisions about his professionalism and whether he kept accurate patient records were examined with transparency and in-depth. Mr. Newman, Ellen and his staff are the most unprofessional, unethical people I've ever done business with. Not only do they blame their incompetence and lack of professionalism on a paying compliant customer, they produce mediocre results. I have learned that fancy degrees from fancy schools mean nothing when people lie, bully and harm innocent paying customers with their lies..
I should have never let this guy near my mouth. He takes a metal pick and pokes every tooth very hard looking for cavities. It's excessive and he'll keep doing it until he "finds" something. I had no problems with one of my front teeth but he told me there was a small cavity. I trusted him. Biggest mistake ever. The way he filled in the "cavity" after drilling my tooth was not good. When ever I touch the tooth with my tounge I feel a gap between the filling and my tooth. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Took my daughter in .After Dr. Parnass reviewed the X-rays ,he said my daughter had 3 Cavities that were necessary to be filled.. I asked him to show me the cavities on the film, he said they were very small and hard to see so he stuck his Dental pic in the teeth and said they were soft. I made an appointment with a different Dentist . The new Dentist did exam and said there were no cavities That needed to be filled just 2 small cavities in her baby teeth..
Incompetent dentist. Do not take your children there. My child needed extensive dental care from another dentist who stated evident decay not filled. Needed a root canal..
