Sadly, the doctor is not willing to follow ALL CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of Covid 19. And when informed that they were not following them ALL and asked if they would, they still were unwilling to accommodate them. I will be going to a different provider..
My experience with Dr Choudhary and her staff is never good. Long wait, not seeing patient on time and attitude from the staff, so I moved to another practice. However my wife continued with her and now experience the same experience. Not only she waited for 45 mins to be see her but upon inquiry Dr. became so rude and refused to see her. I wish she and my kids have moved away from this Dr. before but its never too late..
Very mean, very unpleasant, constantly talked down to me. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Missed and did not fix large orthodonture problems that I am now needing to deal with as an adult..
This was my first visit to Dr. Randolph and her gentle, positive detailed explanation on each phase of her work was deeply appreciated. Moreover, she had reviewed all that I submitted in my medical profile, prior to my visit. She was familiar and therefore, able to address much that I had written. That was most reassuring. I left her office with a feeling of confidence that I found a terrific dentist, thanks to my daughter, Stacey Lum’s recommendation..
